So it’s late Monday because we’ve been a little busy around here…a better title might be Jobs Tuesday. Regardless, there are some great options out there this week.
From the job posting: The Wisconsin chapter of Operation Homefront is currently looking to fill the position of Chapter President. While this is a paid position, the best candidates should have a heart for the organization’s mission. The state chapter’s office is located in Madison, Wisconsin. It is desirable that the Chapter President work out of this office, but it is not a requirement.
The Nature Conservancy is hiring a Director of Philanthropy, Wisconsin. What could be better than working for a world renown, prestigious and progressive conservation organization? The salary range of $85- $100k.
Special Olympics of Wisconsin – hiring two positions: Director of Training and Competition and a Regional Director of Sports.
The Milwaukee Art Museum is hiring a Visitor Services Manager. Undergrad degree plus 5 years of experience required. Benefits look excellent – health, dental, vision and flex. I like that they call that out in the announcement. These details can get a little sketchy in the nonprofit sector and it’s good to know what you’re getting into. Also – awesome office.
A maybe the most fun job of the day… Manager of the Nordic Ski Center.
From their post: A major cross country ski center located in Minocqua, Wisconsin is seeking qualified applicants to apply for the position of manager. Duties include managing daily operations, special programs and events, and a staff of five employees. This position is full time from 10/1-3/31 and may become part time during the remainder of the year. Please log onto our website at www.skimwp.org for a link to the complete job description and application. Application deadline is May 31st.
