Give us some perspective, Tony Palmeri

Guest writer Tony Palmeri serves on the Oshkosh Common Council and is an Associate Professor of Communication Studies at UW- Oshkosh.  He is also an active blogger and media critic.  We asked Dr. Palmeri to share his thoughts on how nonprofits can work effectively with their local city council.
